Ordered Pairs and Coordinates
by Anonymous
Ordered pairs pin down each spot—plot the points, find the target, and connect them in order to draw a house, a boat, and an arrow.
About this app
Ordered Pairs and Coordinates is an interactive elementary math game for learning how ordered pairs identify positions on a coordinate plane. Practice plotting coordinates, moving a point onto a target, and connecting coordinate points in sequence to reveal a house, boat, or arrow.
Use cases
- Elementary students practicing coordinate planes
- Sixth-grade learners reviewing ordered pairs
- Teachers introducing x- and y-coordinate reading
- Families looking for a hands-on math activity
Features
- Plot points by adjusting across (x) and up (y) values
- Practice points on the x-axis and y-axis
- Move an orange point to overlap gray target coordinates
- Drag the point or use controls to move it on the grid
- Connect ordered points step by step to create pictures
- Reset activities and advance through missions
