Run, and Your Heart Speeds Up

by Anonymous · 1 · 🍴 0

Why does your heart pound after running up stairs? 💓 Tap through lying down to jumping rope. Bars show how many times your heart beats per minute, with matching “thump-thump” sounds. The dotted line marks your resting level, so you can see how much faster it got. 🫁 Next, breathing: when your heart works harder, your breathing speeds up too. Compare the two bars to solve questions you couldn’t answer by looking at the heart alone. ⏱️ Finally, recovery: your heart doesn’t slow down right away when you stop running. Find out how much it drops each minute and when it returns to normal. This app was made with code too · Remix it with your favorite exercise!
